1. 100% Free Service Policy

Rapido^®Pay is provided to consumers and retail merchants on a 100% free basis. Rapido^® InfraTel LLP does not levy any subscription charge, scan fee, technology fee, or commission on UPI payments initiated through our utility.

2. Non-Liability for Third-Party Charges & Bank Fees

Please read this clause carefully:

Rapido^®Pay operates exclusively as an operating system intent router and cybersecurity scanner. Rapido^®Pay does not execute payments, manage bank accounts, or hold funds. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Any fees, merchant discount rates (MDR), bank transaction surcharges, credit card convenience fees, or third-party platform fees applied by your bank, card issuer, or installed payment applications (including but not limited to your installed payment applications) are strictly governed by your agreement with those respective entities.
• Rapido^® InfraTel LLP is not responsible, liable, or accountable for any third-party charges, deductions, or disputed payment settlements.

3. Independent Utility & Trademark Notice

Rapido^®Pay is an independent mobile product developed by Rapido^® InfraTel LLP. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), any third-party payment provider or financial institution. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

4. Lending Service Provider (LSP) Disclosures

In relation to merchant multi-QR underwriting and working capital credit lines:

• Rapido^®Pay acts solely as an LSP providing technology and customer sourcing support to RBI-regulated Banks and NBFCs under the RBI Digital Lending Directions (2022).
• Rapido^®Pay is not a bank or NBFC and does not lend from its own balance sheet.
• Credit decisions, interest rates, tenor, and approval criteria are determined exclusively by the regulated partner lending institutions.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
